Ramanaidu Rana Daggubati is an Indian actor and producer best known for his Telugu-language film roles. He has also worked in Hindi and Tamil films. Rana is one of the few Indian actors who has been able to appeal to the entire country because of his versatility in a range of main and supporting roles in several different languages.

He made his acting debut in the Telugu movie Leader for which he was nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut - South. Rana remarked That's fun about reel world upon his return to the Haathi Mere Saathi filming locations following his sickness. The reel gives no thought to anything that occurs in reality. You are ready to go once you are on the set. I believe that's what movies do to me.

Rana became tearful earlier on Sam Jam as he discussed the seriousness of his condition. When everything seemed to be moving too quickly a pause button appeared. There was high blood pressure cardiac calcification and failing kidneys. According to him there was a 70% risk of having a stroke or hemorrhage and a 30% chance of passing away instantly.

Rana announced in 2016 that he had a transplanted left eye and was blind in his right eye. The procedure was carried out in Hyderabad's L. V. Prasad Hospital. Rana Daggubati Movie: Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum (2012)

It is a 2012 Telugu action drama film produced by Saibabu Jagarlamudi and Rajeev Reddy under the banner of First Frame Entertainment. It was directed by Krish. It has won praise from everyone for fusing the Surabhi art form with an action movie based on illegal mining in Bellary. 

In addition to Kota Srinivasa Rao Milind Gunaji Murali Sharma Brahmanandam Posani Krishna Murali and L. B. Sriram it stars Rana Daggubati and Nayanthara. Rana Daggubati Movie: Rudhramadevi (2015)

The biography of Rudrama Devi one of the notable kings of the Kakatiya dynasty in the Deccan and one of the few governing queens in Indian history is the subject of a 3D biographical action film in the Indian language of Telugu.

Anushka Shetty plays Rudramadevi in the title character of Gunasekhar's film which also stars Allu Arjun Rana Daggubati Vikramjeet Virk Krishnam Raju Prakash Raj Suman Nithya Menen Adithya and Catherine Tresa. Chiranjeevi narrates the movie. Ilaiyaraaja wrote the soundtrack and background music for the movie.

On October 9 2015 Rudhramadevi received a global release with Hindi and Malayalam dubs. Sri Thenandal Films released the Tamil version on October 16. The movie went on to earn the fifth-highest opening day sum for an Indian movie in 2015. In its first weekend it made Rs 32 crore in worldwide revenue.

After its debut the movie earned favorable reviews from critics who praised the script the directing and Anushka's performance. The movie received a 3.5/5 from Belvoir Eagle and a 4/5 from Kiaara Sindu of The Hans of India.

Rana Daggubati Movie: Baahubali The Beginning (2015)

S. S. Rajamouli co-wrote and directed this epic action movie set in a bygone era. Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni under Arka Media Works produced it. Simultaneous Telugu and Tamil take were taken for the movie. In addition to Rana Daggubati Anushka Shetty Tamannaah Ramya Krishna Sathyaraj and Nassar the movie also stars Prabhas in triple roles as double leads and single photo characters. 

The film which consists of two parts centers on Sivudu a daring young man who aids his love Avantika in freeing Devasena the former queen of Mahishmati who is currently imprisoned under the cruel tyranny of King Bhallaladeva. In Baahubali 2: The Conclusion the plot is wrapped up.

The movie which cost 180 crores ($28 million) was the most costly one being created in India at the time of its release. The Hindi and Malayalam dubs of the movie also had their global premieres on July 10 2015. Rajamouli's directing plot graphics cinematography action scenes soundtrack and acting all won plaudits from all quarters and it broke box office records. 

It was the third-highest-grossing South Indian film and the fifth-highest-grossing movie in India with a worldwide box office take of $93–101 million ($600–650 crore).

It is a 2017 Telugu-language Indian political action thriller movie written and directed by Teja. Starring Rana Daggubati Taapsee Pannu Kay Kay Menon and Atul Kulkarni the movie is based on the puzzling sinking of PNS Ghazi during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971. The movie which was dubbed in Tamil and released in Telugu and Hindi on February 17 2017 debuted to favorable reviews.

Rana Daggubati Movie: Baahubali 2 The Conclusion (2017)

The 2017 Indian epic action film Baahubali 2: The Conclusion was directed by S. S. Rajamouli who also co-wrote the script with V. Vijayendra Prasad. Under the name Arka Media Works Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni produced it. Telugu and Tamil were used simultaneously throughout filming. Prabhas Rana Daggubati Anushka Shetty Tamannaah Ramya Krishna Sathyaraj Nassar and Subbaraju are among the ensemble cast members in the movie.
 It is the sequel to Baahubali: The Beginning and the second film in the Baahubali series acting as both a prequel and a sequel. The story takes place in medieval India and centers on the conflict between Amarendra Baahubali and Bhallaladeva the latter of whom plans to assassinate the former by having Kattappa do it. Years later the son of Amarendra returns to avenge his death.

The movie had a reported budget of 250 crores ($37 million) making it the most costly Indian movie ever. The movie temporarily eclipsed PK (2014) to become the highest-grossing Indian movie of all time earning $1 810 crore ($267 million) amassing almost 800 crores globally in just six days after its release. 

Rana Daggubati Movie: NTR Mahanayakudu (2019)

It is a 2019 Telugu-language biographical film produced by Nandamuri Balakrishna Sai Korrapati and Vishnu Vardhan Induri under the NBK Films Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram and Vibri Media banners and directed by Krish Jagarlamudi. It is based on the true life and political career of N. T. Rama Rao. The first film in the two-part series is NTR: Kathanayakudu and this one is the second. 

The music for the movie was composed by M. M. Keeravani and features Nandamuri Balakrishna Vidya Balan Nandamuri Kalyan Ram and Rana Daggubati in key parts. Despite receiving favorable reviews the movie had a terrible box office performance.

The biopic's audio and trailer launches took place on December 21 at Hyderabad's JRC Convention Center. Along with the entire Nandamuri family renowned Telugu actors Krishna Krishnam Raju Mohan Babu K. Raghavendra Rao N. T. Rama Rao Jr. and others attended the event. The box office for this film is $8.3 million.

Rana Daggubati Movie: Kaadan (2021)

It is a 2021 Indian action-adventure film that Prabhu Solomon wrote and directed. Rana Daggubati Vishnu Vishal (Tamil and Telugu) Pulkit Samrat (Hindi) Shriya Pilgaonkar and Zoya Hussain appear in the Eros International-produced movie. It was simultaneously filmed in Tamil Telugu and Hindi with slightly different casts for each language. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic Kaadan and Aranya's initial release date of 2 April 2020 was postponed to 26 March 2021.

Rana Daggubati portrays Veerabarathi also known as Kaadan in Kaadan a character known as the Indian Forest Man (modeled after the real-life environmental activist Jadav Payeng). The movie begins with Kaadan slouching beside a brook where an elephant herd is soothing their thirst. The woodland is pure (the cinematography of AR Ashok Kumar emphasizes the paradise-like character of the location) and everything exudes calm. This man is in tune with nature.

This concept is reaffirmed a few scenes later when Kaadan painstakingly removes a creeper that twirled around his finger while he was sleeping. The way this man would respond to a JCB stomping over flowers or a saw chopping through the cherished trees he has planted in the forest tearing the very thread that binds the forest together is therefore not surprising.

Rana Daggubati Movie: Virata Parvam (2022)

Venu Udugula wrote and directed this period romance action drama movie in the Indian language of Telugu. It was made by Suresh Productions and SLV Cinemas. Sai Pallavi and Rana Daggubati play the lead roles in the movie with Priyamani Nandita Das Naveen Chandra Zarina Wahab Easwari Rao and Sai Chand playing supporting roles. The movie narrates the tale of Vennala (Pallavi) a young woman who is pursuing her love with Ravi Shakar (Daggubati) a Naxal leader in the Telangana region in the 1990s during the Naxalite uprising.

Suresh Bobbili wrote the soundtrack for the movie and Dani Sanchez-Lopez and Divakar Mani shot the scenes.
