Plot

The film revolves around two rival gangs led by brothers Raj and Veer, played by Shah Rukh Khan and Varun Dhawan, respectively. Raj falls in love with Meera, played by Kajol, who happens to be Veer's sister. The two lovers face opposition from both gangs, but they continue to meet in secret. The story takes a twist when it is revealed that Raj and Meera had been in love years ago, but due to a misunderstanding, they were separated.
