Introduction

It looked like the rain would help England, but it refused to shower.

But English players continued to dominate- strokes and Brookes pitched in to get closer to the target, and England proved victorious! And that was the final result of the ICC T20 2022 champions.

History

The 13th ICC Cricket World Cup commences on 10 October 2023 and concludes on 26 November 2023. 

ICC organises the event once in four years, and eager fans flood the stadiums to watch their favourite team fight for the title. Here is how it all began.

The inaugural cricket world cup was the Prudential World Cup. They played it from 7 June, and 21 June 1975 in England.

India will host the ICC World Cup championship in 2023 for the fourth time. India held the tournament in 1987, 1996 and 2011 previously.
