He shifted to Dombivili very early in his life and now resides in Thane, Maharashtra.

In the comedy series Chala Hawa Yeu Dya, which is also broadcast on Zee Marathi, he co-stars with Nilesh Sable in the lead role. He portrays numerous different roles in this series, including Pappa and Jyotishi. Bhau has had exceptional comic timing in practically every character, making him stand out. Among the millions of Marathi followers, his innocence while putting on brilliant comedy has brought him great fame. Additionally, he performed in virtually every Zee Marathi Utsav Natyancha Awards show by performing his sketches in shows like Tuza Maza Jamena and Mala Sasu Havi. Bhau additionally made an appearance as a guest on Sanjay Mone's Kanala Khada, a Zee Marathi programme. He appeared in numerous Marathi films. Amol Vasant Gole is the director of the 2019 Indian Marathi movie Nashibvaan, which has English subtitles. Bhau Kadam, Mitalee Jagtap-Varadkar and Neha Joshi play the leading roles in this family drama. a presentation by Landmarc Films and a production by Flying God Films in collaboration with Giri Media Factory. On January 11, 2019, Nashibvaan was released in theatres. Bhalachandra (Bhau) Kadam played as Baban. 

Pandu

Viju Mane is the writer, director, and producer of the 2021 Indian Marathi comedy-drama film Pandu. It was made by Zee Studios. Sonalee Kulkarni, Bhalchandra Kadam, Kushal Badrike, and Pravin Tarde play the key characters in the movie. On December 3, 2021, it made its theatrical debut.Pandu and Mahadu, two simple individuals, unintentionally became police officers on the advice of influential politician Babasaheb Pathare. While Mahadu is a dishonest cop, Pandu is. In the midst of solving problems, Pandu meets Usha and falls in love. Up until they come across a plan to kill Babasaheb, everything is going fine. Can they possibly save his life. This is the plot of the movie. 

Dombivli Fast

Nishikanth Kamat's 2005 drama film Dombivli Fast was made in India's Marathi language. The protagonist is Madhav Apte, a middle-class bank employee who is an honest, law-abiding man but experiences daily anger due to the injustice and corruption that infect all aspects of his life. As he approaches his breaking point, Apte experiences a mental collapse, which is depicted in the movie, and he then goes on a rampage through Mumbai as a vigilante to put things right. Along with Shilpa Tulaskar and Sandesh Jadhav, Sandeep Kulkarni plays the key role in the movie.

Timepass 3

Timepass 3 is a 2022 Marathi-language romantic comedy film that was produced and directed by Meghana Jadhav. It is the third entry in the Timepass series. Along with Sanjay Narvekar and Vaibhav Mangle playing supporting parts, the movie stars Prathamesh Parab, Hruta Durgule, and Bhalchandra Kadam in leading roles. On July 29, 2022, Timepass 3 was made available in theatres. The plot is about Dagdu Parab who is eager to start over after finally clearing his 12th exam and enrolling at Science College. Pallavi, a classmate, and he are becoming closer. Bhau Kadam plays the role of Shantaram Parab.

Chala Hawa Yeu Dya

A Marathi-language Indian television programme called Chala Hawa Yeu Dya debuted on Zee Marathi. The show opens with Nilesh Sable's topical comic monologue, then transitions into guest interviews featuring celebrity guests typically from the Marathi film and theatre industry followed by comedic sketches by recurring performers Bhalchandra Kadam, Kushal Badrike, Bharat Ganeshpure, Shreya Bugade, Sagar Karande, Ankur Vadhave, Yogesh Shirsat, Tushar Deol, Umesh Jagtap, Snehal Shidam. The programme debuted on August 18, 2014. On November 7, 2017, the first time this show was interrupted for new season filming, it returned on January 8, 2018, with the expanded title Jagbhar Chala Hawa Yeu Dya, which follows the comedian on his Veena World Tour. The audience, however, responded negatively to the third and eighth seasons, calling them garish comedies.Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this show was halted a second time on 24 March 2020 and resumed on 13 July 2020. They cancelled their eight-season series Ladies Jindabad in April 2021 without performing the finale due to the poor reception and decline in TRP.

Fu Bai Fu 

From 2010 through 2014, the comedy series Fu Bai Fu, which is in the Marathi language, aired on Zee Marathi. Daily soap opera stars perform stand-up comedy on a Marathi television programme. Together with their hired comedian companions, these soap opera actors perform stand-up comedy live on stage. Bhau Kadam won Fu Bai Fu- Comdeycha Aadharcard in 2013 along with Supriya Pathare.
