Rupa Singh, also known as Roopa Dwivedi, is an Indian animal rights activist. She is a multi talented person who rose to prominence after appearing on Season 19 of MTV Roadies Karm Ya Kaand. Rupa Singh is an animal rights activist who runs a non-profit organisation named "Happiness for Animals" in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. Rupa has had a huge influence through her organisation, rescuing and saving around 4000 animals. She also runs an animal shelter in Rewa that houses around 700 animals, including paralysed, injured, or abandoned cows and dogs. Rupa has demonstrated her dedication to health by frequently sharing her workout regimens on social media channels.  In 2023, Rupa made her television debut by participating in a youth popular show called MTV Roadies season 19. She participated as a contestant.

Roadies Karm Ya Kaand is the nineteenth season of the Indian reality show MTV Roadies, produced by Banijay Asia.Sonu Sood hosts the show, which premieres on MTV India on June 3, 2023 and is available digitally on JioCinema. It also sees the return of gang head Prince Narula, as well as new gang leaders Gautam Gulati and Rhea Chakraborty. Shiv Thakare, an ex-Roadie, appeared on an episode during the Auditions. MTV Roadies Karm Ya Kaand auditions were held in Chandigarh on 13 April 2023, Delhi on 15 April 2023, Indore on 20 April 2023, and Pune on 22 April 2023. Rupa got into the gang of Gautam Gulati.
