The story starts with the body of multi-millionaire Sonia Chang, owner of the 36 China Town hotel and Hollywood Casino being discovered with evidence suggesting that people from various backgrounds may have been involved in her murder. However, this case has a significant drawback in that the police lack sufficient proof to imprison any of the individuals.
