The plot follows Sam who loses his phone while on vacation in Fiji because he was so eager to meet his girlfriend Sheena. Sam buys a new phone with a 3G connection and soon begins to receive calls from an unknown number, who plays a video of a woman being murdered and her haunting face. When Sheena learns about the mysterious caller and the video, Sam begins to lose his head and attacks her as well. As they work together to unravel the mystery, unexpected twists result.
