Aashiqui 2 is an Indian Hindi Language Romantic and Musical Drama Movie. Aashiqui 2 is a  spiritual sequel to Aashiqui, the 1990 musical film. A Star Is Born, a Hindi remake of the 1937 English classic. After the movie's release, the soundtrack became extremely well-known. Songs like "Tum Hi Ho," "Sunn Raha Hai," "Chahun Main Ya Naa," and "Milne Hai Mujhse Aayi" all reached the top of the charts on many Indian platforms. It was afterward remade in Telugu as Nee Jathaga Nenundali.

According to reports, a third sequel to the Aashiqui franchise titled Áashiqui 3' is scheduled to release in the year 2023. Kartik Aaryan will be playing the lead role in this movie, which will be directed by Anurag Basu and produced by Mukesh Bhatt and Bhushan Kumar under their banners Vishesh Films and T-Series respectively. Aashiqui 3's music will be composed by the legendary composer Pritam and the story is rumored to be similar to the previous two installments. Shooting for Aashiqui 3 is going on in full swing in different parts of India.
