Aatma is a Hindi movie about Abhay who died in a car accident after giving his wife Maya custody of his daughter Nia. But his ghost still lingers over their contented existence. 

Aatma follows the journey of a single mother named Maya Verma as she attempts to rebuild her life with her six-year-old daughter Nia. However, as Maya begins to put her life back together, weird occurrences begin to take place all around her. Nia, Maya's six-year-old daughter, begins to communicate with her deceased father. 

At first, Maya believes she has invented a fictional father to replace the void in her life, but as her life steadily crumbles and the reality becomes harsher, Maya begins to question her own sanity. Aatma is a supernaturally themed psychological suspense film. It is about passing on loss, and it features a clashing range of feelings against a sinister background.

Aatma was released in the year 2013 on the 22nd of March. Aatma is also available on OTT platforms like Amazon Prime Video. The movie is as long as 1 hour and 35 minutes.
