Krishna Kant Chauhan, Arvind Babbal, and Prabhat Prabakar are the directors of the Indian TV series Afsar Bitiya. Rakesh Peswan is the producer. In the show Afsar Bitiya, Krishna aspires of becoming a block development officer (BDO) (BDO). However, she finds it challenging to obtain a respectable education due to her financial situation. Krishna's family and her father, Vidyapati Raj, have made sacrifices so that she can get the knowledge she needs to pursue her dream. 

Krishna rushes to take her first exam to become a BDO as the narrative begins. She isnearly run over by Pintu Singh, the wealthy landlord Tun Tun Singh's son, whose Tempo is involved in an accident and for whom her father works. She arrives there, though, and moves on. Krishna benefits from free instruction and training at Tun Tun Singh's Coaching Center thanks to Babloo Singh, his eldest son. Her mother and brother, meanwhile, do not provide support for her efforts.
