Bhagam Bhag is an Indian Hindi Language Comedy Movie. It was produced by Sunil Shetty and Dhilin Mehta under the banner of Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited. Akshay Kumar, Govinda, and Lara Dutta are playing the main roles. Actors like Shakti Kapoor and Paresh Rawal played a remarkable role in this movie. Bhagam Bhag was released on December 22, 2006, with a running time of 159 minutes.

The primary inspiration for the story came from the 1995 Malayalam film Mannar Mathai Speaking, which in turn took its cues from the 1958 drama Vertigo. It was an immediate commercial success. The comic subplots are also lifted from Nadodikkattu, another Malayalam movie. The climax scene was taken from the Marathi thriller Bindhaast from 1999. The comedic scene that concludes the film is an adaptation of It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World from 1963. 

The plot of the movie centers around In order to gain favor with the director, two theatre performers vying for the lead role went in search of an actress. As they get caught up in the helter-skelter of drug deals and murder mysteries, all hell breaks loose. A comedy of blunders and terrors involves thugs seeking revenge as well as the local police commissioner, who also has a part to play.
