Delhi Belly is an Indian action comedy film directed by Abhinay Deo and written by Akshat Verma. Imran Khan, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Vir Das, Poorna Jagannathan, and Shenaz Treasurywala are among the cast members. The film is in Hinglish, with seventy percent of the dialogue in English and thirty percent in Hindi. Aamir Khan Productions and UTV Motion Pictures produced the film. The film's theatrical trailer debuted on January 21, 2011, alongside Aamir Khan's Dhobi Ghat, and the film was released on July 1, 2011, along with a Hindi dubbed version. For its language, extreme violence, and sexual material, the picture received a 'A' rating. Settai was the Tamil remake of the film.

The plot centres around three roommates, journalist Tashi, photographer Nitin Berry, and cartoonist Arup, who live in a seedy apartment in Delhi and lead an untidy and debt-ridden existence. Sonia, Tashi's feisty fiancée, is an air hostess who agrees to deliver a box for Vladimir Dragunsky to Somayajulu, despite the fact that she has no idea what the package contains or that Somayajulu is a gangster. Tashi is tasked by Sonia with delivering the item. Tashi, in turn, requests that Nitin do so. Nitin, on the other hand, is unable to do so due to diarrhoea. Nitin gives Arup Sonia's gift to send to Somayajulu, as well as a package with Nitin's faeces sample to Nitin's doctor. Arup jumbles the two bags together. Somayajulu, enraged, tortures Vladimir in an attempt to locate his parcel. What follows from here is a ride filled with confusion, drama and comedy of errors which will surely tickle your funny bone and is a must watch with your group of friends.
