Double XL is a Hindi movie about Rajshree Trivedi from Meerut and Saira Khanna from New Delhi traveling together as plus-size women as they negotiate social expectations of beauty.

Satram Ramani is the director of the Indian movie Double XL. The producers are Mudassar Aziz, Surabhi Bhatnagar, Armaan Memon, Kuldeep Ojha, Rahul Rawat, Sahil Singh, and Ashwin Varde. The main cast of Double XL includes Sonakshi Sinha, Huma Qureshi, Zaheer Iqbal, etc.

Double XL was set to be released on October 14th but now would be released in the year 2022 on the 4th of November. 

A tale of two women navigating life while embracing body positivity and enjoying female friendship, as well as dispelling the long-held idea in our culture that size and beauty are somehow correlated. Two plus-sized ladies, one from the rural state of Uttar Pradesh and the other from the metropolitan city of New Delhi, come to terms with who they are and achieve their goals.

It is clear from the movie's theme that it deals with how society perceives physical beauty. Additionally, the rhetoric in the trailer  'boys demands are strange, they want a big bust and a small waist'  made the trailer fascinating.
