Helllaro is a Gujarati Period drama movie from the year 2019 and is directed by Abhishek Shah.

Directed by Abhishek Shah, the movie is produced by Ashish Patel, Nirav Patel, Aayush Patel, Abhishek Shah, Mit Jani, and Prateek Gupta under the production banner of Harfanmaula Films. The main Helllaro cast includes Shraddha Dangar, Jayesh More, Tejal Panchasara, Shailesh Prajapati, Aakash Zala, Denisha Ghumra, and Tarjani Bhadla among many others.

The plot follows Manjhri, a young woman, who is wed off in 1975 to a small, isolated village in the Rann of Kutch. In the community, it hasn't rained in many years. The residents think it is a goddess' curse because of a widow who sought to leave the village with another resident while working as an embroiderer and trying to make money. The males bring a Gujarati folk dance called Garba to the goddess as an act of apology, but the women are forbidden from participating. The only time the women of the village are not restrained but free is when they walk to a far-off lake to gather water in the morning. One day They assist a drummer who is unconscious and in return, he plays the dhol for the women who then play Garba for the first time. The women are thrashed as a result of being found playing Garba one day. 

Abhishek Shah, a first-time filmmaker, and co-writer, claimed that the movie was influenced by patriarchy in real life and the mythology of the Kutchi village of Vrajvani.

Helllaro received an IMDB rating of 8.6 out of 10. The reviews for the movie were all extremely positive. The movie made more than Rs 15 crore at the box office. The movie made about $1,41,304 (around Rs 1 crore) in foreign sales.
