Yogi, a hearing-impaired man, is featured in the programme. Yogi's lively management of his impairment and his family's acceptance of it are meant to be inspirational. Yogi sets an example by embracing life, even though the world has not made the transition from "disabled" to "differently abled." He want to find love, get married, and live a happy life. His coming-of-age experience is chronicled in this tale. He experiences love, has his heart shattered, then experiences unanticipated love.
Yogi, his parents Prakash and Kusum Shrivastava, grandparents Om and Geeta Shrivastava, brother Vivek, sister-in-law Rani, and Khushi all reside in a lovely home in old Delhi. Kabir, a nephew of Prakash, and Nisha, his wife.
Yogi is deaf and mute, yet he never lets this stop him from doing things. He makes the most of every moment. He frequently understands things like others and lipreads. He enjoys playing football, but Prakash constantly reminds him to concentrate on their electrical repair shop, which often results in reprimands.
Vivek, Yogi's brother, performs radio plays, while Rani, his sister-in-law, teaches in schools. Kabir, his cousin, works in investment banking. Despite his father's repeated reminders to concentrate on their shop, Yogi frequently finds himself daydreaming. One day when he is working in the stores, Gunjan Sharma, a girl, passes by. As he pursues her out of love, he runs upon Dr. Parineeti Ganguly (Pari), a young woman riding a scooter outside of their community.
Pari accuses him as she leaves, not realising that Yogi is deaf and dumb, and he misses the opportunity to see Gunjan. The following day, Yogi sees Gunjan travelling past his store in a Rickshaw once more. Enthralled by her beauty, he pursues her and eventually runs into Pari's scooter. Pari confronts him and demands a sizable sum as reparation. She threatens Yogi, saying that if he does not pay her money, she will publicly accuse him of making fun of her. Yogi silently eludes Pari as she was engaged in a public conversation with a man, perplexing her.
Yogi discovers that the girl he has been following has been promised to him by her parents. Yogi pays a visit to Gunjan's home with his parents.
Gunjan comes from a prosperous household. Her mother's name is Seema, and Prakash's boyhood buddy Shiv Kumar Sharma, a government official, is her father. It is revealed that Gunjan, who cannot talk, lost her voice in an accident when she was a small child. At their first official meeting, Yogi and Gunjan become close. Yogi's father advises him to wait till after engagement to meet Gunjan. Yogi once followed Gunjan on his bicycle as she passed their home in a rickshaw. In contrast to before, Gunjan acknowledges and values his labour. His joy is short-lived as he strikes Pari's scooter once more. Yogi can't flee, so Pari gathers people. She does not believe Yogi when he attempts to explain that he is deaf and dumb.
Gunjan tries to assist him, but as he notices Prakash approaching, she flees in the rickshaw because Yogi and she weren't meant to meet before getting married.
A dispute between Yogi and Pari is broken up by Prakash. Pari is informed by Prakash that Yogi is mute and deaf. But she remains unmoved by this. Prakash pays her when Yogi damages her scooter. Yogi is to fault for Prakash having to give money to Pari. It becomes clear that Pari is a cheerful, contemporary young woman who is a devoted doctor. She is Bengali and adores Bengali cuisine. She enjoys drinking and has frequent parties with her pals.
Her landlord tosses her belongings out of the property as a result of her tendency to arrive late from gatherings. She collides with Om Shrivastava, Yogi's grandfather, while she is riding the scooter with all of her belongings. Pari offers to send him off at home because he is hurt. She is recognised by Yogi and Prakash when they get home. Her suitcases vanish off her scooter while she tends to Om's wound. She sets up an incident. Om and Geeta are moved by her pleading and agree to let her stay as a paid guest. Yogi and the rest of the family are opposed to it. Finally, Yogi is moved to the drawing room and Pari is given Yogi's room, which is on the terrace.
When Yogi surreptitiously goes to see Gunjan there, he is scared to see Pari working there. While heading down the hallway, Pari collides with Yogi and Gunjan. The three of them collapse, and Pari again makes a commotion, accusing Yogi of stalking her. When Pari offers to arrange for Yogi to meet Gunjan in her hospital, Yogi and Pari finally become friends. Pari helps Yogi propose to Gunjan and rescues him and Gunjan from humiliating circumstances. Pari gradually develops a connection with the family. When Yogi marries, Pari overhears that Yogi and Gunjan will reside in Yogi's room, and she would have to move out.
As a result of her fear, Pari persuades Gunjan, who then persuades Yogi, to let her live in the Shrivastava residence. Pari and Khushi, her sister, are moved by Yogi.
Following a comical series of events in which Yogi tries to cut Pari's finger off, Gunjan pretends to faint, and Pari wanders around in surgical gloves in a house full of visitors, Pari unintentionally wears the engagement ring for Gunjan on the day of the engagement. The bond between Pari and Yogi gets closer. Rani acts suspiciously in between the wedding ceremonies. In a chat between Rani and Vivek that Yogi overhears, Rani discloses that her uncle, who raped her as a child, has been invited to Yogi's wedding.
Rani has Yogi's word that he won't let anything bad happen to her. Unaware of this, Yogi's family warmly welcomes Rani's uncle.
Yogi alerts Rani's uncle when he sees him entering Rani's chamber. Later, Rani's uncle receives a reprimand from Pari for unwanted eye contact. Khushi attracts Rani's uncle, who makes an effort to get close to her. She admits that he observed her while she was getting dressed. He was beaten up and expelled from the house by Rani and the other women. Rani's mother was aware but chose to remain silent, therefore Rani's parents were also ordered to leave. Yogi sprints and saves Gunjan from a falling chandelier during the pre-wedding picture session.
Shiv Sharma becomes irate because Yogi might have shouted and saved Gunjan earlier, but because he is mute, he endangered Gunjan's life. On the wedding day, he decides Yogi is not a good match for Gunjan and calls off the event. Yogi is heartbroken but hides it from the family to cheer them up. Pari notices him sobbing. The Sharma family is estranged angrily by the Srivastava family. Yogi tries to meet Gunjan, but a haughty Shiv stops him. Yogi receives numerous warnings from Shiv before being finally arrested for threatening to hurt him. When the Srivastavs learn of this, Prakash lashes out at Yogi and has a stroke as a result.
Yogi and Gunjan argue. She is yelled at by Rani and Khushi for what she done to Yogi, and they advise her to leave. When at the hospital, Prakash awakens. When Shiv's wife Seema attempts to meet Prakash and Yogi, Rani, Nisha, Khushi, and Kabir turn her away.
Later, the family finds out that Gunjan was set to wed Roshan, the son of Pradeep Chauhan, an investor in real estate. When Yogi learns this, he is upset. However, Pari persuades him to attempt to halt Gunjan's engagement. Being an obedient child, Gunjan marries Roshan. Yogi, who is devastated, resolves to go on. Yogi and Pari gradually become closer and start going out together.
One day Yogi walks into the bathroom without knocking to discover Pari there, who scolds him in front of the family and tosses objects at him. Yogi visits Pari at the hospital after feeling bad and becomes friends with Dr. Neha, who is Pari's best friend. When Neha and Yogi flirt with one another, Pari is annoyed. Later, Yogi and his brothers celebrate his breakup by getting drunk.
Pari, in the meantime, manages to persuade Rani and Nisha that indulging in alcohol occasionally is not harmful. Yogi brings Pari to her room as Vivek makes Rani intoxicated and subdues her. Yogi tells Pari that he will tell Prakash about this, and Prakash then blackmails Pari into telling Prakash that he, too, was intoxicated.
The closeness between Pari and the family deepens. Pari receives a dress from Kusum during Diwali. Pari is pleased that she is now, at last, experiencing the love that she never experienced from her parents.
Although Pari has committed to assisting Khushi, Rani, and Nisha with Diwali preparations, she must head to the hospital right away to aid with an urgent procedure. As more cases pile up, she finds herself stuck on duty. The nurse finally tells Pari that she must attend a burn emergency patient because there isn't a doctor available right now as she is ready to leave the hospital. Pari prioritises her responsibility and remains behind.
She is taken aback to discover that the patient is Gunjan, who sustained burns to her hand after a Diya set fire to her dupatta.
Yogi's family sends Yogi to pick Pari up since they are anxious about her because she arrived too late. Gunjan is helped by Pari, who mocks her for her treachery and treats her with contempt. Contrary to Pari and Gunjan's expectations, Yogi completely disregards Gunjan and walks Pari along with him as he watches him writhe in misery. He asks Pari about Gunjan on the way and she responds that she will recover quickly. Pari is burned on her hand at home. Yogi transports her indoors where he gives her first aid.
Yogi signals to her that he warned her to be cautious, but she disregarded him, leading her to believe that Yogi is getting back with her for what she did to Gunjan.
Pari finds out that Yogi was learning how to tie bandages after Yogi and Pari make up. On a video call, Pari's mother lashes out at Yogi's mother. Yogi informs her that he is Pari's boyfriend in a furious manner. When requested to write a matrimonial advertisement for Yogi, Pari makes fun of him, but subsequently writes glowing things about him.
When Kusum notices Pari hunched over a box full of research papers as she struggles to carry it to the hospital due to her injury, she offers for Yogi to at least sit behind her while holding the box. However, after observing Yogi's lack of politeness, Kusum declines the offer, causing her scooter to crash into Yogi's bicycle. Due of his frustration with her stubbornness, Yogi decides to drive her. In the hospital, Pari criticises the mother-in-law of a patient who is expecting for saying Yogi is unlucky. Pari urges him to leave after observing Yogi and Neha enjoying fun at the hospital. A dying patient's relatives begin attacking doctors and causing mayhem in the hospital at the same time.
By displaying the agreements they signed before to the procedure and informing them that they cannot hold the doctors accountable, Pari tries to diffuse the situation. But they don't pay attention to her. When Pari discovers Neha and the expectant patient leaving her cabin, she dashes to their aid.
Pari and the pregnant ladies collapse to the ground after one of the enraged relatives of the deceased patient manages to escape the grasp of security. In reaction, Pari slaps him; he then roughly grips her burned hand. Yogi returns, having left his phone in the hospital, and defeats the group wreaking mayhem to save Pari.Pari and Yogi skulk in the surgery room. The Shrivastava family becomes concerned when Yogi and Pari don't return their calls after seeing the hospital news on TV. Yogi notices that Pari's hand is seriously hurt and tends to it right away.
When Pari realises that the door has been locked from the outside, she begins to sigh deeply and advises Yogi try to break it open in the OT. Pari admits to having claustrophobia after Yogi questions her about it. She reveals to him that when she was a child, her parents used to lock her in her room while they went out with their friends. As her health worsens, Yogi pulls her out via an AC vent after giving her a hug to help her calm down. While the physicians are on strike, Pari and Neha treat the patients in defiance of the staff. Yogi supports Pari and recognises her commitment. After a horrible day, Yogi and Pari finally make it home without incident. Her mother sends her a suitor, but Pari tells him she loves Yogi and pushes him away. Yogi later declines to accompany Pari on a vacation to Surajkund. When Pari accidentally tells Prakash about the trip, Yogi and Pari get into a furious quarrel during which Pari professes her love for him. Yogi is startled, but before he can react, Rani whisks him away for some work.
Yogi is seen spending the entire night looking at Pari's images on his phone while Pari laments sharing her feelings. Pari rejects her parents' attempts to take her home. Yogi makes an effort to stay away from Pari unless she needs to attend to Nisha after she passed out on Yogi's side.
Yogi's conduct is still icy, so she decides to go. Yogi storms out of the room incensed when Rani and Kusum ask him to give Pari a saree, only to run into Pari at the door. They stumble and are harmed. Yogi's harsh treatment of Pari irritates Rani, who confronts him about his feelings for her. She urges him to confess his feelings for her before it's too late. Following a sincere confession, Yogi and Pari start dating.
When Rani, Vivek, Dadaji, and Dado discover their relationship, they are overjoyed. Up until Shiv Kumar Sharma suffers a heart attack, everything is going well. Prakash visits the hospital and makes up with Shiv after learning about it. Prakash guarantees Shiv that Yogi and Gunjan will wed in exchange. Yogi will soon be married to Gunjan, thus Prakash requests that Pari avoid him. When Pari hears this, she feels broken, depressed, and helpless. She departs Shrivastav's home in favour of Yogi's wedding and happiness. Yogi still visits Pari and loves her, hence he dislikes Gunjan. Kusum then requested that Pari leave Delhi and never return or get in touch with Yogi after learning that Yogi was leaving Gunjan at their house for Pari.
Yogi learns through Gunjan that Nisha has told Rani and Vivek that Kabir is having an affair with a different woman. When Nisha, Yogi, and Vivek visit the hotel where Kabir and his other girlfriend are staying, they all witness Kabir's infidelity. Nisha, who was carrying a baby at the time, collapses. Yogi encounters Pari once again after visiting the hospital. Kabir apologises to Nisha and the Shrivastav family for his errors and pledges to look after Nisha and his child. Yogi returns home after remembering Gunjan. Yogi apologises to Gunjan for his errors and his fury.
The Shrivastavs have all the answers. A few months later, Yogi and Gunjan receive a honeymoon package from Shiv, and they both travel to Mumbai to take advantage of everything. One evening, Yogi phones the hotel personnel after Gunjan passes out. Yogi is astonished to discover that Pari was the only doctor on call. The following morning, Gunjan informs Yogi that she is expecting a child, and Yogi will be a father.
When the Shrivastav and Sharma families discover that the doctor who checked in at Gunjan was Pari, they are both in disbelief. They both go back to Delhi. All of this was allegedly arranged by Gunjan, Prakash, and Shiv. Others, like Kusum, are joyful.
In the meantime, Seema and the other Shrivastav family members are disappointed and astonished by Pari's homecoming because they assumed she would be a third party to Yogi and Gunjan's relationship. Following that, everyone congregated in the living room to chat. As Pari was getting the dishes ready, Khushi arrived at the kitchen and confronted Pari over leaving Yogi defenceless.
