Jatra- Hyalagad re Tyalagad is a Marathi comedy movie directed by Kedar Shinde and starring Bharat Jadhav from the year 2005. The story for the film was also given by Kedar Shinde while the popular Music Duo Ajay-Atul composed the music for the film Jatra.

Jatra was released in the year 2005 on the 28th of October. Jatra is also available on OTT platforms like Amazon Prime Video. The movie is as long as 2h 13m.

The film's main star cast includes Bharat Jadhav in a double role along with Siddarth Jadhav, Kushal Badrike, Priya Arun Berde, Jaiwant Bhalekar, Ankush Chaudhari, and many more. 

The film also features Raj Thackeray who gives the voiceover at the beginning of the movie as he outlines the plot.

The plot of the movie is a comedy of confusion and errors. The two villages, "Hyalagaad" and "Tyaalagaad," are the focus of the narrative. The names of the two settlements roughly translate as "bury him" and "bury them." The religious fair that sparks conflict between the two villages is the subject of the tale known as Jatra. Two people from the two villages compete and even kill one another in a race to choose which village will host the fair. A young man named "Monya," played by Bharat Jadhav, arrives in this area with a friend and declares that he and his six pals will become wealthy by whatever means necessary. His doppelganger, who has a very limited vocabulary, also ends up in the same community at the same time. What happens next is a fantastic comedy of blunders, an amusing one-liners, and thoughtless humor. 

The film's songs got so popular that the composer Ajay-Atul later remade the songs for Bollywood movies. The songs were Chikni Chameli (recomposition of Kombadi Palali) and Mere Naam Mary Hai ( recomposition of Ye Go Ye Ye Maina).

The film got an IMDB rating of 6.8 out of 10.
