Kabhi Kabhie Ittefaq Sey is an Indian television drama serial that airs on Star Plus and on Hotstar. It features Yesha Rughani and Manan Joshi in the lead roles.

The Kabhi Kabhie Ittefaq Sey story revolves around the lives of Dr. Anubhav Anu Kulshreshth, a 28-year-old scientist, played by Manan Joshi and Riddhima Gungun Bhatnagar, a 21-year-old girl with all the riches in the world, played by Yesha Rughani. She lives with her father and aunt after her mother separated from them and moved to the USA to live a luxurious life when she was 8 years old. 

Anu's family thinks that Gungun is the perfect match for him but he thinks otherwise. He does not like the rude and bratty nature of Gungun and humiliates her in front of her friend when she's out partying. This angers Gungun and she decides not to invite Anu for her 21st birthday. Realizing his mistake, Aun goes to Gungun and apologizes for his behaviour. She forgives him but is still not interested in marrying him.

Later on, Anu wins the 'Scientist of the Year' Award and is joined by his and Gungun's family. There he sings a song and Gungun is slightly impressed by his skills. Owing to family pressure, Anu agrees to marry Gungun. As Gungun fails her final year exam, she also agrees to the marriage. They agree on a deal wherein they will call off their marriage once Gungun clears her final year exams the next year but fate has other plans and there's a twist in their tale. What follows is a rollercoaster of misunderstandings and misfortunes with a swerve of jealousy with it.
