Manjha is a Marathi-language movie that was made by Trilok Malhotra and KR Harish under the label of India Stories Productions. It was directed by Jatin Wagle. It became available on July 21, 2017. It stars Ashwini Bhave, Sumedh Mudgalkar, Rohit Phalke, Apoorva Arora, Shivani Tanksale, and Mohan Kapur.

The action takes place in Maharashtra's Lonavala. A adolescent boy named Jaideep and his mother Samidha arrive in the community. Her best friend Veena and her husband own the hotel where Samidha is employed. They assist Jaideep in obtaining housing at a school or college. Samidha is divorced and has left a violent relationship behind.

Jaideep makes a buddy in the school named Vicky, who lives in the hostel and goes by the name Vikram. Jaideep is shielded from bullying by Vicky, but he also controls him.When Jaideep warns him not to treat women in such a way, Vicky threatens to throw him off a bridge over a busy highway. He tells Jaideep that he raped Veena's daughter. Vicky claimed to have killed numerous individuals by hurling stones at moving cars while standing on a bridge. Vicky threatens to jump off the same bridge and blame Jaideep after he declines to take Vena's daughter to a private location so they may have sex.

Jaideep's behaviour has changed, and Samidha persuades him to tell her what's going on. Vicky's character is perfect, the Principal dismisses her when she informs him of Vicky's misdeeds. A psychiatrist Samidha consults advises her that Jaideep is most likely telling the truth.

Samidha makes the decision to leave Lonavala, but she later has second thoughts and tells Jaideep that she does not want to flee yet another abusive person. As if nothing had happened, Jaideep goes back to school and tells Vicky that he will take the girl to the isolated location. The girl's parents are keeping an eye on the neighbourhood in case Vicky decides to attack their daughter. Vicky never appears because he went to Samidha's house to rape her. Veena and the principal of the school are hiding to observe Vicky's behaviour because she has foreseen it. Jaideep and his mother believe that the worst is over once the police detain him and take him away.
