Bollywood love comedy Mera Pehla Pehla Pyaar stars Ruslaan Mumtaz and Hazel Crowney in the key roles. Delhi-based With his mother Renu and businessman dad Shekhar, who owns an apparel company, Rohan leads a comfortable existence. Vasu, Sudhir, and Javed are his pals from St. Lawrence High School. Almost daily, the pals get into trouble together. When he first sees the stunning new student Ayesha Mehra, who was born in England and also lives a privileged life with her mother Sheetal and successful businessman dad, everything then abruptly changes.

Due to their mutual attraction, Rohan and Ayesha decide to go on a karaoke date, which has disastrous consequences when they get into a car accident. Rumors that Ayesha is drawn to Shantanu and Rohan is dating Simran strain their relationship. They separate. Ayesha travels to Paris with her mother to meet her aunt Parminder and Tony. Rohan makes the decision to go to Paris, clear up the confusion, and win Ayesha over after realising that he now loves her. In order to accomplish this, he fraudulently uses his father's credit card to purchase an airline ticket and fabricates academic credentials to claim that he is attending the mathematics Contest in Paris.

When he gets to Paris, he is unable to find Ayesha. When he reaches the Indian consulate, he is stopped and may be sent back home, where he will have to deal with his irate father and the school administration. He gives Ayesha a call and tells her to meet him at the Eiffel Tower at 7:30. He lights up a cigarette and activates the embassy's fire alarm. Later, he surprises Ayesha by running to the tower, where he presents her a rose and tells her how he feels about her. When Ayesha eventually recognises his love, the two of them get together and share their first kiss. Later, they discover that Ayesha's family members were also present.
