Saurabh Varma is the writer and director of the 2013 Indian comedy-thriller movie Mickey Virus. In collaboration with Awesome Films Pvt. Ltd., Trilogic Digital Media Limited, and DAR Motion Pictures, Mickey Virus is produced. Manish Paul, Elli Avram, Manish Choudhary, Puja Gupta, and Varun Badola play the key characters in the movie. It has an IMDb rating of 6.1 out of 10.

The murders of two hackers in Delhi led the Delhi Police to believe that the case involved hacking, and they started looking for a computer hacker who may aid them in solving the crime. ACP Siddhanth, the team leader for the police department, and Inspector Bhalla come across Mickey Arora, a sluggish but intelligent hacker who operates a grocery store during the day and writes viruses for anti-virus companies at night with the help of his tomboy friends Chutney, Floppy, Pancho, and Professor, who help him with all odd jobs. He is hired by ACP Siddhanth to break into the website of the Bhram Gang, a group of online criminals. Mickey starts liking Kamayani who works at Excalibur Securities. 

One day in her office, Kamayani unintentionally transferred a sizable sum of money from a client's account, but Mickey hacked the business' website to undo the transfer in order to save her from being fired. Only the following morning does Micky realise that Kamayani has been killed and that he has unintentionally stolen 1 billion rupees from a don in Dubai named Anwar Raja. Mickey asks his buddies for assistance since he is afraid of being blamed for both murders. ACP Siddhanth is the mastermind who drove Kamayani to call it a hoax, according to Mickey, who tracked down one billion rupees in his investigation to uncover the genuine offender.

ACP tells Mickey that Floppy, Pancho, and Professor are the Bhram Gang admins and that they intend to kill him for the money just as they did to the two hackers and Kamayani when Mickey summons them to the Nehru Place parking lot. Mickey records and broadcasts their confession on YouTube while being surrounded by all the thugs.

ACP Siddhanth and the Bhram Gang are ultimately detained by Inspector Bhalla and the police. Before giving the stolen $1 billion to Inspector Bhalla, Mickey stealthily grabs one crore. Deleted sequences and bloopers are displayed as the credits roll, and a call recording of Anwar Raja giving the order to kill Mickey is played.
