The shape-shifting serpent-themed supernatural fiction television series Naagin is an Indian production by Ekta Kapoor for Balaji Telefilms. 

Naagin 4 Cast

The first season ran from November 1 to June 5, 2015, on television. Mouni Roy, Arjun Bijlani Adaa Khan, and Sudha Chandran appeared in it.  The second season ran from 8 October 2016 to 25 June 2017. The third season ran from 2 June 2018 to 26 May 2019. It stars Surbhi Jyoti, Pearl V Puri, Ankur Varma, Farida Patel Venkat, Anita Hassanandani, and Rajat Tokas . Bhagya Ka Zehreela Khel is the new name for the fourth season. It began airing on December 14, 2019. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, it was put on hold starting on March 22, 2020, and resumed on July 18, 2020. It was over on August 9, 2020. Nia Sharma and Vijayendra Kumeria acted in it. From 9 August 2020 to 6 February 2021, the fifth season was shown. Surbhi Chandna, Sharad Malhotra, and Mohit Sehgal appeared in it.

Period 4

Manyata, a naagin princess, weds Keshav, a human, loses her power and gives birth to Nayantara in the past. Six members of the Parekh family kill Keshav. In order to exact revenge for her husband's murder, Manyata flees and waits until her daughter turns 25. She and her daughter had to wait 25 years to reclaim their powers as a result of the Ashlesha Nakshatra curse. Nayantara's 25th birthday is something Manyata is anticipating.

Dev Parekh, the murderer Vrushali's son, travels back to India 25 years later (the present) and finds Brinda, his childhood friend, whom he immediately develops feelings for. While Nayantara waits for her naagin powers, Brinda instead receives them. It is later discovered that Nayantara and Brinda were exchanged at birth. Nayantara learns that Brinda is a naagin and that Manyata actually had a daughter. Nayantara plots to murder Brinda out of jealousy. The Parekh family, on the other hand, believes Nayantara to be a naagin and doesn't realise that she is Manyata's daughter. In the meantime, with the aid of Brinda's adoptive father, a priest, Vrushali and company attempt to assassinate Manyata while sending their boys to kill Nayantara.

When the Parekh family enters the Laal Tekri Temple to kill Manyata, Manyata attempts to kill them, but Brinda enters and the Parekh family escapes.

After 50 nights of full moons, Vishakha goes back to Naagmani and assumes the identity of Nayantara to aid in her escape from the Parekh family's sons. When Manyata and Brinda are reunited, Brinda first does not believe Manyata; but, after witnessing Nayantara's murder, Brinda makes a promise to exact revenge on her father, his family, and Nayantara's murder. Brinda weds Dev.

When Dev, who was also born on Ashlesha Nakshatra, unintentionally touches the Naagmani and it enters his head, Vishakha, who had saved Nayantara in order to capture the Naagmani which anyone born on Ashlesha Nakshatra can touch fails. Vishakha imprisons Nayantara in a pillar out of fury and disappointment.

When Vishakha breaks into Parekh's home, she causes confusion between Brinda and Dev. Later, she assumes Dev's appearance and murders Manyata in front of Brinda, leading the latter to believe Dev was responsible for her mother's death. In order to exact revenge on Dev and his entire family, Brinda swears to kill them.

One year later, Vishakha murders Mundika, the witch of the mirror, seizes her identity and gives Nayantara a new appearance. Shalaka replaces Nayantara as her new name. Dev and Shalaka married. Brinda understands that Manyata was not killed by Dev. Shalaka learns that Vishakha's new name is Mundika. Vishakha is sent in jail after Shalaka successfully implicates her in Billi's murder. Shalakha teams up with Vrushali and her group of criminals.

Dev and Brinda declare their love. Dev asks Shalaka for divorce as he loves Brinda. By hypnotizing Naagmani and separating him from Brinda, Shalaka and Vrushali attempt to free Naagmani from Dev. Shalaka orders Dev to kill Brinda's adoptive mother Swara, and Brinda and her adoptive father devise a scheme to get revenge on Hardik's wedding day. Brinda reveals to Dev that she is a naagin and attacks him. Dev tries to kill Brinda with a knife but fails so he smacks her in the head with a stick, knocking her out. Unaware of what he did while under Shalaka's control, Dev plots a surprise for Brinda in their room.

In order to gain the Naagmani, Vishakha substitutes the bride, assassinates the whole Parekh family while posing as Brinda, and saves Dev.

After losing family members, Dev becomes distraught and begs Brinda to murder him. To save him, Brinda takes Dev to the Rahasyamayee Temple. Vishakha and Shalaka then entered the temple. Shalaka's identity as Nayantara is revealed to Brinda. Brinda and Dev receive assistance from Shesha and Naagrani Shravani. Shesha tells that when she passed away, she admitted her errors and was granted a boon by Shravani to lead a sinless life. While Shalaka is killed by Shesha, Vishakha is killed by Naagrani Shravani. Brinda is devastated by Dev's passing. Naageshwari - Sarvashreshth Aadi Naagin is called by Naagrani Shravani.

The four engage in a tandav to win Lord Shiva's favour so that Dev will give them Naagmani. Later, in order to resuscitate Dev, Naageshwari tells her tale of what occurred to Brinda thousands of years earlier.
