Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke Cast and Plot

Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke is a Hindi language soap-opera drama based on the lives of two friends, Gunjan, played by Roopal Tyagi and Rachna, Mahima Makwana. The show revolves around their friendship, relationships, marriage and other issues faced by young women in India. The show is shot in Varanasi and Mumbai and was aired from 2012 to 2015.

Gunjan is a fun-loving girl who lives with her mother Sneha. Her father lives away from them in Australia for business related work. Sneha is suffering from cancer and soon passes away. She then shifts to Varanasi to live with Rachna and her family. 

Rachna and Gunjan become friends. Rachna's brother Mayank, played by Ankit Gera comes home and they celebrate his homecoming. Rachna's mother announces Mayank's and Gunjan's wedding but on the day of the wedding, Charu, played by Aanchal Khurana steps in and marries Mayank.

Rachna, her boss Kabir, played by Piyush Sahdev and Gunjan try to expose Charu and are successful in doing so. She gets arrested and Gunjan and Mayank marry each other. Rachna starts developing feelings for her boss Kabir but he leaves her to care for his mentally ill brother, Bittu, played by Harsh Rajput.

What follows is a ride filled with emotions, making it a perfect family drama.
