Shiddat: Journey Beyond Love, is an Indian romance drama film produced by Bhushan Kumar and Dinesh Vijan under the Banner of T-Series and Maddock Films. Filming of Shiddat started in November 2019 and finished in March 2020.

Shiddat Release Date

Shiddat was planned for a September 2020 release date, but the COVID-19 pandemic caused the release to be postponed indefinitely. The movie debuted on Disney+ Hotstar on October 1, 2021. Shiddat has a runtime of 146 minutes or 2 hours and 26 minutes.

The background score for the movie Shiddat was given by Sachin-Jigar and the songs were composed by Manan Bhardwaj, Gourov Dasgupta and Sachin-Jigar. Shiddat Plot

The story begins with a young businessman named Gautam (Mohit Raina) telling the story of how he met his fiancée Ira (Diana Penty) at their engagement party in the opening scene of Shiddat. A free-spirited wedding crasher named Jaggi (Sunny Kaushal) is inspired by Gautam's corny cinematic lines, "Duniya Ke Kissi Bhi Galti, Kuche, gaon, Ucchake Se Tumhein Mein Dhund Nikalka Kyunki tum meri kismat ho," and decides to find his own Passionate Love (Shiddat ).

Jaggi discovers Kartika (Radhika Madan), a swimmer, is "the one" for him after a chance encounter with her at a national sports camp. Jaggi and Kartik split ways after taking some swimming lessons, shaking a leg, and rolling around in the hay. On the other hand, the formerly smitten pair Gautam and Ira, who has now relocated to Paris, are shown suffering marital conflict. 

The latter believes that whereas she sees a riot of colors, Gautam just sees varying hues of blue in his life. Prior to Gautam realizing that "Kuch log apne pyaar ko paane ke liye duniya ke sabse lambe rashte pe nikal padte hai Jaise ki aur kuch logo ko chaar," Gautam and Jaggi's intertwined fate set off a series of events that led to Gautam's realisation.
