The television drama portrayed the struggles and tribulations by a woman named Heena throughout the course of her life. It was clear from the very beginning of her marriage to Sameer that the two of them were destined to have a troubled relationship. During the night of their wedding, Sameer announced his undying love for another woman named Ruby. In the end, the couple decided to end their terrible marriage and get a divorce. After some time had passed, Sameer's best friend Akram made the decision to marry Heena, thereby reintroducing happiness into her life. Heena was under the impression that Akram was the right person for her. Ruby, though, made a comeback and ended up becoming Akram's second wife, crushing Heena's hopes and dreams once more in the process.
Heena gained the strength to start over in life and create a new identity for herself when she made the decision to end her relationship with Akram. She looked forward with keen anticipation to her new life as a mother and treasured aspirations of having a kid that was both beautiful and healthy. However, Heena's ordeals were not even close to being ended. She gave birth to twins while she was a patient at the hospital, but one of her children was taken from her without her knowledge. Heena is currently listed as being in critical condition. Her father broke the news to her that one of the infants had passed away in order to save her any further anguish. After some time had passed, Heena learned the reality, which was that her child had been taken from her but was still alive.
She overcame insurmountable obstacles to gain back custody of her missing child, and afterwards went on to lead a happy life with Sameer and the couple's two other children, who are twins.
The Heena series began to air on Sony Entertainment Television from 12 June 1998 and ran for five years, finished on 11 July 2003. The show was telecasted every Friday at 9:30 pm.
The plot of the show focuses on the troubled life of Heena, a lady who goes through a number of different tests and examinations throughout the course of the episode. The audience is immediately dragged into a string of bad circumstances that serve to test Heena's resiliency and determination from the very beginning of the story. Love, treachery, and the unbreakable will of a mother are some of the topics that are discussed in this story.
While the show does dive into the brutal truths of life, it also emphasises the significance of hope, resilience, and the unbreakable bond between a mother and her child. As the audience witnesses Heena's trials, wins, and eventually, her journey towards a happy ending, they are carried on a rollercoaster trip of emotions that is similar to that of a roller coaster.
