Biography
Krishna Mukherjee is an Indian actress who mainly works in Hindi television. She made her acting debut in 2014 with Jhalli Anjali, where she played Sheena. Mukherjee is best known for portraying Aliya Raghav Bhalla in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Priya Rehan Singhania in Kuch Toh Hai: Naagin Ek Naye Rang Mein and Shagun Shinde Jaiswal in Shubh Shagun.
Early Life
Krishna Mukherjee was born on August 12th, 1992. She was born in Ludhiana, Punjab to Biswarup Mukherjee and Ruby Mukherjee. Krishna has an elder sister whose name isSatrupa Sharma.
Career
Mukherjee started her acting career with a role as Sheela in "Jhalli Anjali." She then appeared in "Yeh Hai Aashiqui" as Sanjana on Bindass, opposite Reyansh Bhatia, and played Arshiya in "Twist Wala Love."
In 2016, Mukherjee got her big break when she joined "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein," a show on Star Plus, created by Ekta Kapoor. She played the character Aliya opposite Abhishek Verma and Abhishek Malik. At the same time, she also took on a negative role in another of Kapoor's production "Naagin 3," a supernatural fiction series. She joined the show as Taamsi in May 2019.
After "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" ended in December 2019, Mukherjee took a short break from acting.The show "Kuch Toh Hai: Naagin Ek Naye Rang Mein," also known as "Kuch Toh Hai," a spin-off of "Naagin 5," was announced in January 2021.In 2022, she was seen as Priya Singhania, acting alongside Harsh Rajput. She also acted in Dangal's "Shubh Shagun," opposite Shehzada Dhami.
