Her first jewellery design was themed on the Evil Eye. Presently, Riddhima Kapoor is running a jewellery workshop along with her mother in Mumbai and has been following the trend of designing jewellery, which has been the trend in the recent Bollywood film industry. 

In 2016, she designed earrings for famous Hollywood actress Goldie Hawn. Riddhima Kapoor Sahani is a die-hard Justin Bieber fan and designed a bracelet for him when he visited India for the purpose of the tour. Riddhima Kapoor Sahani was among the top 5 entrepreneurs in Delhi in 2017. Riddhima Kapoor Sahani was awarded the Femina Powerlist Award (North) in 2017 and the FICCI FLO Delhi Award for RKS Jewellery in 2018. 

Riddhima Kapoor Sahani has launched a clothing line called Sam & Friends, named after her daughter Samara. Riddhima Kapoor Sahani writes and is a guest columnist for the FreePress Journal and Delhiites magazines.  Riddhima Kapoor Sahni likes yoga and she often updates it on social media.
